OrthoLite® insoles were developed to ensure optimal comfort and maximum support for the sole of the foot, combined with maximum breathability in all conditions. OrthoLite® insoles offer: - Long-lasting cushioning, due to OrthoLite® polyurethane foam designed to provide consistent cushioning, fit and long-lasting comfort. Less than 5% of its thickness is compressed over the lifecycle of the insole, so its properties never change. - High breathability for perfect thermal comfort thanks to the OrthoLite® open-cell foam that allows air to circulate in and around the insole, driving moisture away and keeping the foot cool and dry.

Protective D3O® inserts, which feature in the construction of TCX's urban motorcycle shoes, offer an ideal balance of safety, comfort and ergonomics. D3O® is a patented soft and flexible material designed to stiffen on impact. In its raw form, D3O® molecules flow freely, due to their non-Newtonian nature, which allows the material to be soft and flexible. Upon impact, D3O® molecules merge together and absorb and dissipate the energy from the impact, significantly reducing the force transmitted to the body compared to standard materials. The protection it offers is, therefore, both optimal and imperceptible and is combined with maximum comfort and freedom when walking.
