Dainese SCARABEO ski helmets are designed around the heads of young skiers, encircling them and offering maximum protection, lightness and comfort, imperceptible protection so that little skiers can have fun in safety. SCARABEO ELEMENTO sets the standard for its category in terms of lightness and protection. Its durable and lightweight polycarbonate shell and EPS inner shell are able to absorb the most violent impacts, and exceed the strictest European and North American certification standards – CE EN 1077 type B and ASTM F-2040. Due to the compact design, they guarantee an extremely low helmet weight (only 380 g in size JS-JM). The large central ventilation holes are positioned at the point of greatest air pressure and allow the flow inside the helmet to be channeled, transporting excess moisture and heat to the outside. The inside of the helmet comprises a warm and breathable thermoformed lining, which makes the helmet very comfortable, allowing for the rapid absorption of sweat and moisture. Soft and breathable protectors allow the ears to be enveloped in comfort. The buckle closure ensures that it is durable and easy to operate even when wearing gloves. The rear mask clip is made of silicone, with a practical metal button that means the mask can easily be secured to the helmet. To enable multi-season use, it features fit adjustment (4 sizes) allowing you to follow the growth of little skiers and ensuring that the fit is always right and comfortable.
