Scarabeo Linea 01 MIPS is the ideal mountain bike and BMX helmet for both beginners riding for just a few meters at a time and riders moving towards competition. Safety is a key element in the Scarabeo Linea 01 MIPS line, which integrates MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) technology to protect from oblique impacts that can generate rotational impact forces to the head. One of the strong points of Scarabeo Linea 01 MIPS is its lightness, as it boasts a weight of only 620 grams. It’s designed to suit a child’s head – a helmet that’s compact and tailored to children. The inclusion of replaceable padding of different thicknesses ensures that the fit can be adapted as the child grows. Scarabeo Linea 01 MIPS offers ASTM 2032-BMX Homologation certification (in addition to CPSC 1203 and CE EN1078). One Size: S-XS (50-54).

How to take measurements?
Chest
Chest circumference
The measurement of the chest in its maximum extension during normal breathing, measured with the person standing, passing the measuring tape horizontally around the torso over the scapula bones (the shoulder blades) and just under the armpits.
Waist
Waist circumference
The circumference measured horizontally around the waist, just above the highest point of each of the iliac crest bones, during normal breathing, on the person standing, with a relaxed abdomen.
Hip
Hip circumference
The measurement taken horizontally around the hips, at the most protruding part of the buttocks (the peak when viewed from the side), or the most protruding part of the hips if more pronounced than buttocks
Arm
Sleeve length from shoulder (arm straight)
The distance from the most protruding point of the shoulder to the wrist (on the end of the Ulna bone), measured with the arm relaxed at the person's side.

Knee circumference
Bike knee circumference
Starting from the center of the patella, measure 10 cm downward. From that point, measure the circumference of the calf, contracting the muscle. Then, starting from the center of the patella, measure 10 cm upward. From that point, measure the circumference of the thigh, contracting the muscle.
