Blending TCX's high-quality standards and maximum protection, S-TR1 Air are the new sports boots designed to protect foot, joint and shin – the perfect balance between safety and comfort. Ventilation is optimized by the perforated upper and the front joint in breathable mesh fabric with integrated hot-melt bands – for optimal comfort even at high temperatures. Front protection is guaranteed by the upper construction in rigid TPU structure and lower soft padding – an innovative and functional design for padded shin protection resulting in boots boasting excellent flexibility. The TCS® (Torsion Control System) – specially designed to accompany the ankle as it moves through its optimal range of action – guides the movement of the foot joint, thus avoiding the risk of unwelcome twisting, hyper-extension and hyperflexion. The Groundtrax® sole boasts a specially designed tread that ensures perfect grip on the motorcycle’s controls as well as on asphalt, in all weather conditions.

Foot length
The length of the foot is obtained by measuring from the end of the heel to the toe. Lay the meter on the ground starting from a wall, rest your heel on the wall and lay your foot above the meter.

ORTHOLITE FOOTBED
OrthoLite® insoles were developed to ensure optimal comfort and maximum support for the sole of the foot, combined with maximum breathability in all conditions. OrthoLite® insoles offer: - Long-lasting cushioning, due to OrthoLite® polyurethane foam designed to provide consistent cushioning, fit and long-lasting comfort. Less than 5% of its thickness is compressed over the lifecycle of the insole, so its properties never change. - High breathability for perfect thermal comfort thanks to the OrthoLite® open-cell foam that allows air to circulate in and around the insole, driving moisture away and keeping the foot cool and dry.

T.C.S. TORSION CONTROL SYSTEM
The T.C.S. Torsion Control Systemis a handcrafted method deeply rooted in the TCX® footwear tradition. The technical procedure involves the boot being fitted onto a polyurethane insole, constructed of different and variable thicknesses. The next step sees a rubber midsole sewn in to ensure a sturdy construction and facilitate the process of replacing the highly wear-resistant sole. The Goodyear sole construction makes the boot safe, solid and durable – perfect for all types of off-road boot.
