Dainese Racing Class 1 is the ideal course for those who want to approach track riding in complete safety, even without previous experience. Under the guidance of a qualified instructor, participants will acquire the fundamental skills required to improve their safety and confidence, both on the track and when sports riding on the road.
CLASS DETAILS
INTERMEDIATE
Recommended for motorcycle riders with good road experience but with no or little experience of track riding. Participants will be divided into even groups according to their skills and experience.
An A, A1 or A2 category license is required.
Learn the basics of track riding to enhance your motorcycle sensitivity and mastery.
Course FOCUS:
- Correct riding position
- Importance of body movements
- Using correct lines
- Braking techniques and correct use of the brakes
- Video analysis of own lap
The course alternates theory sessions and practical exercises on the motorcycle and is scheduled as follows:
• Registration in the pits and signature of the liability waiver
• Motorcycle delivery to pit lane
• Course presentation and theory
• Three theory/practice sessions on the track
• Lunch break
• Two theory/practice sessions on the track
• Final issue of attendance certificates
Whole day.
Participants will be divided into even groups of two/three according to individual abilities. Each group will benefit from the support and experience of a qualified instructor.
Participants can bring their own motorcycle, as long as it is in good conditions with tires that have a degree of wear not exceeding 30%. Alternatively, a motorcycle may be rented, depending on availability.
Lunch at restaurant, certificate of attendance, dedicated photo shoot.
Full-face helmet, leather suit (one- or two-piece with zipper) with integrated protectors, back protector, leather racing boots and gloves.
After buying a ticket you can request the specific technical clothing for taking part in the course, subject to availability.
